Can I still change my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can still update your delivery address. Please message us ASAP at hello@doodph.com or call us at 0948 071 4899 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM only.
Can I still make changes to my order?
Yes! You can still make changes as long as the order is still being processed. Once it’s been shipped, edits will no longer be possible.
Can my order be sent as a gift to another person?
Absolutely! Just make sure the name, delivery address, and contact number you provide at checkout belong to the gift recipient.

What is your courier?
We currently ship via J&T Express only.
How long does shipping take?
• Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
• Provincial areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected during high-volume periods or holidays.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available in select areas within Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, and Rizal.

We currently accept GCash, Maya, and Bank Transfer only.
Do you offer COD?

Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my order to a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 3 days after the delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging (for hygiene purposes). Buyer will shoulder the return shipping cost.
I received a wrong order, how do we fix this?
So sorry for the mix-up! Kindly send us a photo and your order details via email (hello@doodph.com) or chat, and we’ll assist you right away.
Can I get a refund on my order?
Refunds are only processed for items that are physically damaged.

What should I do if the nipple cover doesn’t stick?
Make sure your skin is clean, dry, and free from any lotion, oil, or sweat before application. If it still doesn’t stick, please message us with your order details—we’ll help troubleshoot or offer a replacement if needed.
How many times can I reuse your nipple covers?
Our reusable nipple covers can last up to 100 wears with proper care. Gently hand-wash with mild, non-moisturizing soap—or ideally with DOOD WASH—then air dry completely. Avoid using any cloth or tissue to pat it dry to preserve the adhesive.
What product and size is best for me?

Are your nipple covers safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our nipple covers are made with medical-grade, hypoallergenic silicone—safe even for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test first.
